Years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience on Competency based hiring. Prior experience in hiring for manufacturing companies would be a real advantage. Strong Knowledge of recruitment best practice tools, portals, and methodologies. Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth flow of information & work Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment. Exposure to psychometric test and other recruitment tools will be an advantage. Proficiency in working with MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MIS and Web Research Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills in English and HindiPreferred QualificationsA Masters degree in HR would be preferred.Job ResponsibilityLead end-to-end development and execution of campaigns that drive awareness & engagement - planning, creative development, media planning, execution, budget management, measurement and optimization. This involves working across the spectrum of marketing communications -- from branding promotions and positioning through digital medium Accountable for managing, implementing and measuring Marketing & Communications plans and activities across India for Pigeon & Gilma. This role will be integral to driving results through sales, lead generation, and brand repositioning. This position will lead initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams, distributors and dealers . The role will liaise closely with the Regional Sales Heads to ensure the internal clients needs of Pigeon & Gilma are met. This position will build strong working relationships with the Regional Sales Managers and Product Manager. Also, strong working relationships with the account teams, product innovation and human resources.Talent Acquisition PlanDevelop and update a Talent Acquisition Plan on monthly basis in consultation with Department Heads.Develop a Strategy for acquiring Talent in accordance with organizational work philosophy.Prepare the JDs for the position in consultation with the HODsClose the vacant positions on time through a standardized recruitment process.Develop recruitment strategies and programs like job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Align the recruitment process with the overall organization development and transformation efforts. This should be done in consultation with the HR Head and the Department Heads.Recruitment MetricsGenerate Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports over talent acquisition efforts. Such Reports should serve as a tool for measuring adherence to the benchmarks, satisfaction rates, and position-candidate relevance quotient. Ensure compliance to all company policies and other regulatory requirements of candidatesHR Branding and Relationship Management Will be nodal point of contact for all Dept Heads regarding all recruitment matters. Engage with HODs and Key Leaders of the organization on regular basis to understand the talent requirements of the organization and ensure timely hiring and onboarding of the candidates Work with Marketing Team to leverage on internet and mobile technology, online platforms, social media for branding of the organization and reaching out to talent, encouraging them to consider working with Stovekraft. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with Academic Institutes for campus hire and other relevant recruitment pipelines.
