Exposure to VLSI design and development activitiesTheoretical and practical knowledge of HDL Design, FPGA Design, Connectivity Design, Embedded Design, DSP Design, CPLD DesignDemonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and roadmaps in technical training industry.Soft SkillsDemonstrated group building and leadership skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferredEducational Qualification M.Tech. / Management DegreePrior Work Experience Design / Development ExperienceSoft Skills Strategic SkillsKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS To develop and upgrade training delivery skills in the new technologies relevant to our training modules.To get good scores in post training student/participant feedback.To guide the faculty members in developing timely, accurate curriculum & content & evaluation programs for Technical Training Modules.Establish benchmark for total quality managementMAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPre-training delivery preparation and content creation.Deliver the assigned module training to the satisfaction of the participants and internal reviewers.Assist participants during labs mainly on conceptual explanation as required by the participants.Participant evaluation completion and data gathering.Delivery report compilation for each training.Related self-initiated skills enhancement and continual improvement.Coordinates with content development group, Business development group and quality group to assure our training modules adhere to required technical specifications as specified by our Customers and ensure the same is delivered as expected by Customer.Exercises judgment in resolving critical Technical issues, developing methodologies , techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining best possible results.Actively lead or participate in resolving key issues and concerns for all training activities.Encourage innovation of process and creative development methodologies to keep ahead of Competition.Identify tools, programs, 3rd party software and/or hardware that could be helpful to entire SBU Groups and make recommendations as necessary to Management to maintain a balanced level of infrastructure for achieving success.Lead the Sandeepani group and mentor employees to identify and achieve their career goals and focus on quality delivery and on timely delivery of training to Customers.Create a positive, forward-focused work-environment that identifies and prioritizes issues for better planning and execution.Mentor internal staff and act as a role-model for all development Groups by emphasizing group goals and maintaining core focus.Establish, maintain and enhance company relationships with inside and outside engineering resources, Business partners, Technical Consultants and third party vendors.Closely associate with Business Development group to contribute to sales activities, customer Development, Technical Proposal development and help closing deals.
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)
