Developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO/PPC strategies and initiatives for a variety of company owned and managed websites in English as well as non-English languages such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc.On-page and off-page optimization of websites Performing keyword research and analysis for better ranking.Drive traffic by achieving top rankings in organic search results and creating/managing PPC and CPC campaigns Generating XML sitemap and submit it in major search engines.Performing data analysis through Web Analytics tool and identifying areas for improvement. Analyze analytics reports and produce relevant reports for the management.Participating in Social Media Networking Websites to build network and drive traffic to our website. Participating in Social news and Social bookmarking websites to get traffic.Recommend innovative web-marketing ideas Work on quick search engine indexing of websites.Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques and trends. Optimize various web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, site map, etc.Directories Submission, Articles, Blogs, Forums, Link building Improve site architecture by collaborating with marketing, content development, technical and creative teams to ensure SEO.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor s degree or equivalent experience of 3-8 years in SEO/SEM/PPCExtensive understanding of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies. And the ability to communicate theseto management teamsClear Concept of Site Map Design (HTML, XML, ROR) & Submission in Search EngineUnderstanding and experience of use of Google Adwords process and Yahoo Search Marketing (Overture), BING & MSN.Should have excellent knowledge in generating traffic to the website and maintaining the website on top position on search engines.Experience of generating traffics through SNS will be an added advantageStrong SEO Fundamentals and should be an expert in On Page and Off Page optimization techniquesUnderstanding of Link building/PR optimization/Directory submissions/Article submissions.NO BLACKHAT TECHNIQUESAbility to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors.Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective Analytical skillsEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDAny Graduate or Post graduate.Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
