You will have to contact between Customer and delivery support organization.You are responsible for leading and directing the delivery teamShould be pro-actively monitor the problem, change process of the account, and manage problem and change issues and alerts as needed.Should be able manage SDMs will help to ensure quality of service maintained and manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient mannerYou will be accountable for leading technical teams to mentor, motivate and help them to maintain high performance.What youll doBe single point of contact for delivery and be the advocate between Service Delivery and the CustomerProvide leadership and direction to Delivery teamsHandle Operational Issues related to delivery centerProvide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/or change control processDrive/participate and coordinate crisis managementEnsure continuous communication & coordination with client in the event of a high focus incident/ major incident along with ensuring seamless communications between customer & the technical resolver groupsParticipate in response to RFS's on behalf of the delivery organization Participate in account plan/strategyAs directed by the PE drive/manage subcontractors/ third party providersFocus on Delivery QualityDrive/ manage service quality, performance - own service quality for service provided by the delivery organizationMonitors service-delivery performance with established governancePlans, facilitates & coordinates service improvement measures (SIPs)Participate in technical proposal preparation and submit to Global DPE/Sr DPE/Customer for review and approvalFocus on EfficiencyDrives productivity in coordination with service linesContinually identify ways to reduce cost delivering the services and improve serviceHow we ll help you growYoull have access to all the technical and management training courses you need to become the expert you want to beYou ll learn directly from expert developers in the field; our team leads love to mentorYou have the opportunity to work in many different areas to figure out what really excites youClient Satisfaction for Service Delivery.Understand client requirements, business opportunity identification, guidance, support and closure.Own service quality for service provided by the delivery organizationEnsure continuous communication & coordination with clientDrives productivity in coordination with service linesDevice action plan based on CSAT reportEnsure positive client satisfaction and client relationship is maintained for service delivery Eligibility
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)
