Key Job responsibilitiesBuilding a personal relationship with key client staff Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfactionMonitoring overall performance of services Good communication around issues and opportunities get things done, make things happen Collaborating with senior management on client account management and growth opportunitiesEnsuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the process, competencies and principles for SGWI OperationsService reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings. Removing all obstacles to customer satisfactionCommunicating across organizational departments 3rd party management responsibilitiesEnsuring client s and SGWIs long-term interests are met Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectationsWorking with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities Along with operational managers and technical leads, accountable for and contribute to the overall performance of the global managed services divisionKey Skills required5 years payroll experience with minimum 3 years management, project management and/or related field experience. Experience in managing multiple customers in a payroll/ HR or project management capacityExcellent written and communication skills Tenacious, highly organized and customer focused approachDemonstrable customer service skills Strong presentation and negotiation skillsGood organizational and time management skills Must conduct professional behavior all timesLanguage skills preferred but not required Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and often changing environmentMust be willing to travel (25%-50%)
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
