Job Details

Manage and lead clients and graphic designers throughout the digital design and production process and deliver through planning and production to exceed expectations and meet deadlinesDefine and produce digital solutions across traditional and new digital applications for assigned projectsDefine and manage the teams, functionality briefs and documentation like Dashboards (functionality specs, adverts completed weekly/monthly and details of the quality scores)Oversees the client requirement posted and keep track on the deliverables, quality TAT by the team in stipulated time periodManage Digital Creative Production to ensure clear communication and effective translation of vision and delivering projects on time and on budgetPrepares Individual Performance Analysis Report for the team including Quality scores, job credits and multiple client knowledgeResearch and test strategic new digital technology and processes, whilst supervising and mentoring problem solving related to projects with internal staffDocuments and updates internal processes and forecasting the need of manpower to manage delivery while using resources effectivelyEncourages and manages the development of team training, especially within the area of digital production and various design software sReinforces the aim to be progressive and offer an increasingly varied range of services to our clients and put things in the right manner for the customers in order to fulfill their expectationsCollaborates with colleagues to ensure that productions under their supervision are in compliance with the Companys goals and guidelinesMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceMonitors the progress of digital ad production in the departments and adjusts the schedules to deal with any delays or problemsArranges for regular production meetings to review progress and re-allocate resources to keep production on scheduleBehavioral CompetenciesCommunication Skills An exceptional communicator; articulate with both the written and spoken word, be it a quick email or a detailed proposalPeople Management Skills Honest, open, consistent and approachable, treats people fairly and with respect are required in order to Build trust andCreate a positive and productive working environment and cultureThinks creatively Develops new ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributionsInteraction with computers - Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Outlook), expert level understanding of Adobe Flash, Adobe Edge, google Web Designer and similar authoring toolsMaking Decisions and Solving Problems Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract/concrete variablesStrong customer service orientation with proven resultsTechnical CompetenciesMust be highly creative and possess solid knowledge and skill set base within all areas of digital creative productionDetail understanding of the creation of landing pages, websites, and micro sites knows how to use Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Muse, Adobe Edge tools, Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla along with appropriate theme and pluginsHands-on experience of working on applications such as Adobe Edge, Google Web Designer, Celtra AdCreator/Ad Products, , Pointroll Composer, Flite and other authoring software that are used in the present world to create Web bannersStrong knowledge of e-publishing which includes digital publication of e-books, digital magazines, development of digital libraries and catalogues.
