Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for aService Desk Analyst to support the business in achieving its strategic objective.This role will see you operate in complex environments while monitoring client network infrastructures. That s why we require a proactive and client-centric leader to ensure the timely restoration of service for Dimension Data clients by managing requests through to successful completion. We want to take our clients into a digital future, and youll be part of this by influencing our client satisfaction and retention through being professional, detail orientated and client motivated. What we expect you to do Be responsible for receiving, validating and logging client requests. Track requests and determine current activity on it Analyse and interpret the requests to ensure the classification, prioritisationand escalation of the requests are correct Work closely with colleagues to ensure the swift resolution of faults and the user and/or client are kept updated on the progress in relation to the resolution of the fault Produce breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of our processes Identify failures and shortcomings in current processes and escalate with recommendations.QualificationsHere's what we are looking for in candidates for this job General Qualification in Technology (Technical Diploma) 3 5 years working experience At least 3 years work experience in Technology Industry and Call Centre environment
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
