Act as First Point of contact for end usersHandle calls & provide effective solutions and maintain FCR as per Client's expectationMonitor emails and respond to the customer with effective solutions within SLAProblem Solving and Responding to Customer NeedFollow-up daily on all the open incidentsEscalating incidents according to SOPs if they are not resolvedFollow SOPs and prepare new SOPs on need basisProviding incident updates on open tickets to the end usersCommunication to be provided to the Management IT team on all Planned and unplanned outagesAttending team huddles and providing process updates (if any) to the teamAttending team meetings and trainings without failUpskilling by proactive learningDesired ProfileExcellent Technical skills, quick learnerSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Good Knowledge on probing and Troubleshooting IT related issuesWillingness to work in shifts. Timeliness a key requirementCertification ITIL preferred.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 2-3
