Use of ticketing tools like Remedy, JIRA etc. Good to Have Graduate/Post graduate/ Diploma Highly effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 2-5
