Experience handling all aspects of CRM & Field Service, case management and platform maintenance preferred.Design, build, test and deploy enhancements ServiceMax custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboardsServiceMax Administrator certification preferred.Experience (hands on) on APEX programing language, Visualforce, creating workflows, triggers, formulas, and familiarity with Salesforce.com administrationServiceCertifications (Administrator 201, Developer 401) & ServiceMax Administrator Certifications would be added advantageExperience on Force.com Integration Technologies (Web Services, 3rd Party tool like Informatica Cloud) to integrate with On-Premise systems like ERP, etc.Good communication skills and must have been in customer facing roles either offshore or onsiteKnowledge and experience on maintenance and support processes would be an advantageFlexibility to work on shifts
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 6-11
