Service Now Understanding of enterprise IT architecture Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog) Service now development working knowledge is mandatory Working knowledge of relational databases Preferred Service now Admin Certification Preferred ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace ideas Other tasks/duties as assigned Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery A minimum of 3- 4 years of experience with/in the following Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies. Application UI Configuration Workflow Configuration Data Import and Management Development of required requested specific reporting Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
