Key Responsibilities includePrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Development of MI reports re investment status & leading indicatorsCo-ordination and minuting of investment meeting and decisions. Ownership of audit trail.Coordination of delivery tower data into ITSO Top 10 project reportingInterface with Finance re holistic overview of SERP position and budgeting/WBSE creation and management.Supporting Portfolio managers with business case and investment proposal developments.Support portfolio set up, portfolio planning, portfolio control and reporting, and portfolio lifecycle management for all Shell infrastructure services.AccountabilitiesFollow all Shell standard enterprise wide and IPPD portfolio management processes.Act as trusted advisor to portfolio teams and support organizations on assurance and portfolio reporting matters. Close interaction is required with many global stakeholders crossing a number of functions.Consult on ways to improve function and reduce transition and support costs.Understanding of Shell IPPD portfolio management practicesProviding insight on the annual budget (>$125M) through tracking and reporting.Advise senior leaders on matters affecting the budget and develop scenarios to deliver scope while staying within budgetAct as integration point between the ITSO portfolio managers and other key stakeholders in ITSO to ensure consistency and clarity in the integrated plan.RequirementsSkills and QualificationsMandatoryTypical Years of Experience 9 to 12 years in ITMinimum Education or Certification 4-year Degree related to ITFluent in English both in writing and speaking and demonstrating well developed communication skills.Demonstrated understanding of financial process, business case preparation and NPV calculations.Self-starter with good analysis and problem solving skills.Experience of working in a global virtual team environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V look up and H lookup.Ability to work in a Virtual team across multiple time zones may require availability during early morning and/or late evening hours. Managing time and work-life balance is critical.Collaboration with multiple, cross discipline, cross organizational stakeholders virtually.PreferredDemonstrated understanding of portfolio management and product management principles.Experience in negotiation skills.Experience in relationship management.Experience in budget planning and reporting
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
