We offer services embracing IT and applications transformation, modernization, development, testing and management.Provide Siebel Administration support for DIRECTVs custom CRM, Field Services, Field Service Technician Portal and Datasync applications across seven environments in Dev, Test and Production. Skilled Siebel resources that meet the requirements list below, need to be spread across all three shifts to provide expert level support 24x7. Critical Requirements-Possess expert-level, Siebel Administration experience and expertise in the support of a Siebel v7.7 environment-Demonstrate expertise in Siebel inner workings across all application tiers and the roles of each Siebel server type-Flexibility to work day shift (and/or swing shift hours) in US-Mountain time zone as primary, scheduled shift-Flexibility to handle complex, overnight change and release activity-Ability to represent the Siebel support team on internal and customer facing calls-Ability to utilize Siebel expertise to-plan and support small, medium and large customer funded projects that affect the Siebel application and infrastructure-make useful recommendations to the customer, and within HPE, to improve the architecture and continued operability of the Siebel environment-perform ad-hoc, unscripted troubleshooting and problem isolation of complex issues directly or indirectly involving the Siebel environment-serve as a trusted resource and advisor on topics related to the Siebel environment-work under high pressure on incident bridge calls alongside the customer when business impacting events occur-proactively review key performance indicators and resource utilization and take the required action for continued smooth operation of the Siebel environment-proactively detect and address issues in the Siebel environment-Regularly demonstrate comfort with actively engaging on all calls with HPE and customer resources and management present, when Siebel-related items are discussed-Plan and deploy large, customer-developed Application code releases through Test and Production environments within the allotted downtime windows-Plan and execute complex changes to the Siebel application and infrastructure, and work in conjunction with other teams (internal and customer facing) to coordinate, implement, validate post change and work resolve any issues-Provide support for LDAP-Possess experience in management of iRules scripts used on F5 load balancers-Manage Siebel related batch job processing-Possess expertise with scripting languages and the experience to develop of scripts to streamline/automate manual tasks-Exposure/experience with-CA Workload Automation, NDM, Splunk, Cisco Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)-Ability to lead small projects and coordinate with peers, other HPE teams and the customer-Participate in the team oncall rotation for a week at a time, and be available 24x7 to handle issues and provide assistance to more junior resources-Strictly adhere to established incident, problem and change management policies-Provide technical and operational guidance to other team members-Demonstrate ability to provide timely, concise escalations to leadership, the Situation Management team and the customer-Must have excellent customer interface skills-Ability to escalate and manage issues requiring vendor support-Must possess strong communication skills-Ability to multi-task-Willingness to work beyond normally scheduled shift hours, as required, to meet the demands of the business-Go the extra mile to be a team player
