Job Description-Sales Manager is accountable for driving the Channels objectives within his team. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and handles a team of HBL Tele Sales Executives. The SM is responsible for driving Business Volumes, maintaining the Quality Standards desirable to the Bank, general administration within the Team, Liaison with HBL HR team for recruitment and People Management.EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIESTarget Achievement v To achieve the Business Budgets allocated basis Job bands E1 / E2.v To track the Manpower Modules (HBL), and ensure the budgeted Manpower is in place at all times v To track TSE productivity and actively contribute in bringing up the TSEs up the Productivity Curvev To closely monitor the business trends and make amends whenever necessary to arrest deviations in the sourcing patterns and ensure compliance with the PolicyAdherence to Auditory and Regulatory Mandates v To be 100% compliant on all Regulatory and Auditory Mandates and that the Team conducts business strictly in accordance with due Process Compliance Complaint Management v To investigate into customer complaints and provide reverts to the Channels Central Team and also the respective Complaints Handling teams towards closure within TAT.
