Job Details

Position Summary* Duties include receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.* Providing customer service in relation to collection issues, dealing with general collection calls, customer experiencing financial difficulties and associated enquires.* Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines. Follow predefined procedures with the objective to meet performance parameters* Support escalated calls* Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customer's account in the prescribed format* Ensure that performance parameters are met to meet SLA targets* Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection at all times* Supports the team lead in trainings, reviews and escalation with the objective to meet the SLA targets for the specific process within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys (if required)Required skill set and experience* Minimum experience of 2+year'srelevant experience in B2C collections background, including 3rd party collections experience is preferred and preferred experience in skip tracing.* Excellent communication skills* Good analytical ability and problem solving skills* Good PC and data entry skills* Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer's time* Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value* Ability to Multitask
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
