Rivalogic Technologies, India's leading branding, strategy & Technology Company is looking for a proactive social media marketer who is innovative, highly analytical, collaborative, and a creative problem solver.You will be owner of several relationship clients and responsible for the start to finish delivery of communication initiatives that leverage social media digital platforms. You will be coordinating with the content, creative and technical teams for executing and deploying content & campaigns of prominent social media channels.You will be reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for the development of social media strategies, tactical plans, ensuring that all social media messages, measurement and content are relevant to both the target audience and the brand objectives. This includes the implementation and management of the brand's strategies across current and emerging social media communities such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and other Social network platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesShould be able to handle and manage 15+ clients for social media. Build relationships with clients in order to become an extension of the clients team. Help clients integrate social media into marketing initiatives.You will work across all social medial landscapes including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+ etc. Lead all online social media marketing efforts and recommend ways to better their performance.Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities for clients on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google + and other social sites. Monitor and help maintain the brand's social profiles.Create and manage a social/media account / content with assigned roles, responsibilities and topical guidelines for contributions, per client.Research and write content for clients social media sites.Develop overall social media strategy and social strategies to drive audience to increased awareness and usage, and develop innovative tactics that increase brand loyalty and content consumption.Promote, engage and convert social media traffic to generate greater ROI for clients.Develop new content as well as repurpose and distribute existing content via social channels.Seek out new social media tools and practices, utilizing and improving on existing platform.Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.Track and provide analytics and reports on social media progress, trends, and competition; informing clients of the impact of efforts and status updates on our work.Generating / Preparing Monthly Reports for clients as well as Preparing Quarterly & End-of-Project reviews.Monitor the evolution of social media, including the latest reports, sites, case studies, and happenings, and share with the internal team.Lead account management activities to ensure reporting on KPIs, service etc. whilst also looking at ways to constantly improve impact of social media strategy.Be on top of social media trends, understand any new areas, technologies or platforms which could support our clients as well as our agency offerings.Required SkillsetsSelf-motivated, Passionate and willing to take complete ownership with commitment.The ideal candidate should have at least 2.5 - 4 years of experience of managing social media presence.Experience in account management and customer service in advertizing, media company preferred. Superior relationship-building skills.The candidate should have a demonstrated ability of managing content (blogs, social media, print media etc) and experience of managing social media presence for prominent companiesStrong analytical skills; ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Possess ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
