ResponsibilitiesAuditing calls and sharing feedback to improve customer experienceSessions to help enterprise support engineers become better with language and soft skills Attending reviews with business to share weekly results and achievementsUnderstanding the training needs for your accounts and coming up with appropriate action plans Share daily, weekly and monthly reports with the stakeholdersShare regular feedback with the support engineerIdentify areas of opportunity and develop action plan.Required Skills- Expert in imparting Voice and Ascent neutralization coaching.- Experience in delivering soft skills training (Rapport building, Telephone/ Conference Call Etiquette, Email and Chat Etiquette, Assertive Communication, Language, Culture) - Experience in delivering behavioral training will be preferred (Time Management, Team Building, Personality Development, Conflict Management. Negotiation skills)- Excellent presentation and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.- Ability to work in teams.- Classroom delivery presentation skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard PC applications.Essential SkillsTraining experience proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)Minimum 3 years experience as a trainer; and experience in the hospitality industry, or travel industry, or as a customer service specialist; preferably in a Trainer positionDemonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies, Working Conditions/Job EnvironmentAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings to accommodate training, monitoring and supervisor coverage
