ResponsibilitiesActively generate, qualify, develop, and nurture high quality opportunities resulting in new pipeline / funnelAbility to maneuver thru organizations and identify decision makers, decision process, technical environment and need and/or painAbility to articulate value and uncover needs at each level of an organizationDevelop target list of accounts and develop a sales plan to penetrate target accounts.Meet and/or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for number of outbound calls, qualified leads passed and pipeline contribution.Research and profile target companies utilizing the web, Hoovers, OneSource, Jigsaw, LinkedIn and other research tools.Update prospect database with conversations, competitive information, company , decision making criteria and other pertinent information.Generate detailed summaries of qualified leads to understand a prospect's business pain and infrastructureDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with businessProvide feedback and suggest improvements to calling campaigns, scripts, messaging, etc.Attend and participate in weekly/monthly sales team meetings.Consistently achieve / Over achieve Monthly Set Sales Quota & earn accelerated commissionsQualificationsBachelor's degree required with 3 plus year of professional experienceHighly motivated, intelligent, professionally persistent self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and cold calling into multiple management levels within an organization;Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal oriented.Must have the Ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyA team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with a desire to work with others for broader successMust have Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Customer handling skills (internal and external)Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structurePositive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills;Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environmentMust have Excellent consultative sales and outstanding relationship-building skillsMust have Professional communication, presentation and negotiations skillsProficient with the MS Office
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
