Provide project management oversight/leadership.Proven experience with project methodologies such as thesystem development life cycle, AIM and Agile.Create Solution Roadmaps, Standards and Best Practices for OracleEBS and related components.Represent Finance on major systems implementations, upgrades and enhancements.Mentor other team members across all facets of the job.Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously Business ProcessAnalyze business processes in order to define the current state, identify inefficiencies, and gather requirements from Subject Matter Experts.Define and document future state processes. This includes creating process flows and documenting the solution design.General understanding of relevant business processes across the major business process tracks.Expert working knowledge of relevant business processes across major process tracks, providing insight and expert consultation on best practice. Must include knowledge of the 'Core Financial' process tracks (R2R, O2C, P2P and A2R), as well as an exposure / understanding to other functional areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing.Configuration & Technical KnowledgeMinimum of 7 years Oracle EBS implementation or Support experience, with proven delivery execution experience in at least 3 full cycle implementations at a Functional lead level.Detailed understanding of R12 configurations and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle Financial Applications E-Business Tax, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Costing, Intercompany AGIS, Subledger Accounting, iExpenses, Procurement.Proven experience configuring Oracle R12 in the most optimal manner meeting business requirements.Working knowledge of the Oracle underlying data model and support SQL skills in order to support analysis and issue resolution.Solution Design & TestingImplement the solution design by providing direction and feedback during the process of technical design & development.Develop and oversee testing strategies to ensure solution designs meet the business requirements and function according to specifications.Create test plans, test scripts, and assist users in conducting tests. Training/SupportDevelop and deliver training materials for new technology releases.Provide escalated support for the Oracle R12 production environment including 3rd party Oracle integrations. Log 3rd party vendor service requests as needed and work with Logitech Offshore teams as necessary to resolve accordingly.Share in system administration responsibilities. Education & QualificationsDegree in Management Information Sciences or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience);Knowledge of Finance and Accounting;Accounting Qualifications like (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and Project Management Certification like PMP would be an added advantage;Fluent English.Personal Skills and Core CompetenciesPro active and results oriented, process oriented;Relationship builder;Able to set priorities on a continuous basis;Ability to take ownership and drive projects to conclusion;Not afraid to work outside and/or define boundaries;Creative in defining and implementing solutions;Loves to work in a dynamic environment;Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties;Self starter, organized and structured;Able to work to tight deadlines;Problem solving, analytical skills as well as time-management skills;
