Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate as a member of Ameyo Solution Consulting team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needsWork with Presales and R&D to design the solution that best meets the client's requirementsConduct client training sessionsSupport clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoptionWork with the Project team to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on scheduleCommunicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project team for awareness and/or resolutionJob RequirementsMust be willing to work in either UK or USA shifts, mandatoryMust be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skillsExperience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigningSystems implementation skills requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design (HLD), configuration, testing, training, change management, and support Working knowledge of IP Telephony, SaaS, IaaS, Unified Communications, Omni Channel Contact CenterSkills Core SkillsExcellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, MS Project etc.Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issuesTechnical aptitude to train and gain proficiency with Ameyo products and featuresExcellent business process and best practices experience or aptitudeOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationshipsMinimum RequirementsBachelor s Degree Any fieldAbility to learn and master new technologies with a technical aptitudeEnterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skillsExcellent MS Office and MS product knowledgeStrong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skillsExtremely detail oriented and customer focusedPreferred SkillsSome software development background or experience working for a software companyContact Center experience with products such as Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, Genesys
