Responsible for enhancing OB by creating deliverable technical solutions, that are cost effective and in line with customers requirements.Contribute to revenue acceleration and revenue retention by providing technical support to project and support team.Also responsible for funnel enhancement of data business by targeting assigned Carrier customers with their end-customers RFPs as well as Carriers internal backbone requirements, give proposals, arrange feasibilities, negotiate prices and get orders from them.Enhance Business via initiatives like Business Development in Carrier Accounts for enhancing product penetration.DeliverableEnhance Business.Make presentation to customers on the concept notes, infrastructure strengths, solution strengths and USPs.Should be able to handle customer queries and objections.Position our USPs stronglyEngage in technical round discussion and negotiation on the proposed techno-commercial solution and handling technical objections and commercial clarifications.Increase Win Ratio of Large DealsBid Management of the time-bound RFP, coordinating and collating inputs from all stakeholders i.e. Legal , Commercial , Product , Sales , Factory, Regulatory , Pricing Committee and ensuring a competitive cost-effective technically optimized solution is prepared on time.Enhance our response time for addressing opportunities which increases the funnel and OBDirectly accountable for funnel creation , OB , Revenue generation and RMS from end-user business of carrier customers with MPLS NNI by generating and closing opportunities negotiating prices , getting price approvals, log and arrange feasibilities, and be the face of carrier customer for all issues in end-customer opportunities as well as internal backbone opportunities over the complete lifecycle including delivery and support.Typically acting as a Account Manager for his set of carrier customers.Enhance OB , funnel , RMSResponsible for business development in accounts that did not give business, by driving new penetrations.Helps arrest Revenue Reduction via cross-sell and up-sell initiativesIncrease in Product Penetration in defined set of accounts and region.Subject Matter Expert and Problem Solving SkillsThe candidate is expected to be an expert in data products and should be able to take decision on suitable solution in a large and complex requirementsTechnical Account ManagementHe/She should have in-depth customer relations to extract the optimum information of the account and so that solution can be built accordingly.Direct Revenue ContributionThe candidate is expected to handle Carriers end customer requirements directly and generate sales.
