Under the general supervision of the Executive Pastry Chef, the Sous Chef - Pastry will be responsible for the overall supervision, guidance and direction of the hotels pastry & bakery operations. The incumbent will ensure that our guestexperiences the renown Shangri-La hospitality whilst managing the quality and efficient operations of the pastry to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene as in accordance to Shangri-La standards.Experience & skills requiredMinimum 3years experience as Sous Chef Pastry with a luxury hotel groupExcellent knowledge and experience in pastry & bakery operationsTeam Handling skillsEducation Graduation in any discipline
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
