Understanding Clients' business and driving Digital Strategy and campaignsOverseeing operations and client servicing for assigned accountsDigital Strategy & Client CounselingDevelop digital strategies for clients. This spans all their digital marketing requirements including websites, SEO, social media, email marketing, campaigns and promotions, mobile etc.Understand clients' business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needsAnalyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectivesResearch and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate.Have knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyze key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken.Relationship Management & GrowthIdentify and pursue opportunities with existing clients where we can provide digital services and expertiseInteracting with clients at a variety of levels and across functionsExperience of scoping for digital projects (dynamic websites with CMS, Campaigns, SEO, Mobile, Social) - present proposals, close dealsClient ServicingBe the main point of contact for clients oversee ongoing work and new assignments on a day-to-day basis.Communicate digital design briefs effectively to internal design/development teams. Manage designated projects/campaigns on a day-to-day basis ensuring that approved design and technical solutions are executed to the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines.Billing & CollectionBusiness Development Actively participate in prospecting and pitching for new clients in the NCR region.Qualifications/SkillsMBA with at least 4-6 years experience of which AT LEAST 3 years experience in a similar role (digital agency/client side), ideally having had previous exposure to major brands.Excellent Communication Skills - written/oral/presentation. Must be able to talk digital to clientsPassion for Internet/Digital - heavy userFamiliarity with digital production / operations - Familiarity with best practices in website development, including usability and design- good understanding of the digital project processes from project scoping and documentation, sitemaps and wireframes through to build, would be desirableTrack Record of successful campaigns/relationshipsExperience in BizDev pitches
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
