Manage concurrent medium d projects.Manage changes complex project plans, scope, schedule, and resources with management guidance in order to keep the plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. Manage the execution of tasks in several medium d projects as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the milestones and goals.Manage program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) by using the tools identified in the planning phase in order to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards.Execute communications and change management aspect of key departmental projects and programs.Effectively probes to understand needs and underlying drivers and recommends a variety of approaches to solving problems.Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups, etc.).Recommends and implements actions and workarounds required to mitigate risks in order to minimize their impact.Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships and builds mutual trust.Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.May manage and resolves conflicts to achieve optimal team collaboration and performance.Establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies and mutual interests.Manage and resolve conflicts to achieve optimal team collaboration and performance.Understand business processes and aggressively pursues department objectives and persists in the face of obstacles.Applies knowledge to drive operational efficiencies around process improvements and reporting automation that results in time savings.Proactively identifies and realizes internal projects and internal process improvements
