Responsibilities- Manage a team of interns/student ambassadors working remotely from College Campuses. - Build a community of student ambassadors (sales representatives) across the country to maximize SlicePays reach & customer base. - Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates.- Forecast and analyze key revenue drivers and increase profitability. - Engage with interns on a daily/weekly basis and improve their productivity.- Own communication and exchange of information between various internal departments and the student ambassadors . - Be Data Driven. Comfortable with reporting and analysing data in order to calculate and maximise the ROI of the sales channels.- Work with various channel owners and partners to setup and execute scalable processes.Skills- Persistency and tenacity in achieving goals. You don t take NO as an answer.- Excellent communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate.- Great team player that can work under pressure and run the extra mile. - An independent self-starter attitude; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong time management, follow-up, project management and organizational skills. - Past experience in community management online and offline- Past experience in being part of or managing brand ambassador program is a must
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 3-5
