Maintain & support all technical infrastructureProject Management of resource to local IMS teamProvide 2nd Level Support to all departments Schedule time estimates for projects / task deliverables, progress & time estimates for completion.Scheduling and re-scheduling of multiple tasks, to cope with unplanned activities or interruptions to the current tasksAssist in the assessment of new platforms and proceduresDelivery technical projects in a timely mannerTrain new and less experienced staff in a variety of techniques, applications and proceduresProvide a patient approach to problem solvingResolve or call out the appropriate vendor for timely resolutionMaintain and support all remote technologies i.e. LANDesk, Active Directory, Citrix etc..Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesExperience in dismantling / assembling desktopsGood Customer handling skillsTrouble shooting skill on Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 2003Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshootingKnowledge of RAS Remote connectivity ToolsInstallation and trouble shooting skills on all Microsoft Applications and Software's.Knowledge of Networking (LAN)Knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting email ClientsFirst Level Exposure to the basic technologies
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)
