Essential ResponsibilitiesBusiness DnA Demand SPOC(Single Point Of Contact)-a. Insourcing engagements. Delivering on the Outsourcing reduced to 50% planb. Responsible for determining which project comes in and what stays with vendorc. Projecting upcoming/future Digital employees demand to help DnA org proactively hire resources.Driving Reuse in the BU per Digital's cross-GE vision leveraging Digital ExchangeDevelopment of IP and liaising with the Predix teams for BU ProjectsResponsible for all GE Digital Metrics for DnA in the BU including Productivity, Insourcing, IP, RFP TransfersGenerating synergies as needed within BU or with other Domain LeadersResponsible for ensuring that respective BUs can meet their DnA needs smoothly Proven track record of successful delivery of projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost. Exposure with BI/Big Data platforms, such as HADOOP, Greenplum ecosystem. Possesses analytical and negotiation skills. Strong IT experience including anticipating customer needs, managing expectations, inclusiveness and innovative thinking.Qualifications/Requirements Masters degree with 18+ years Analytics & IT experience Experienced in developing and delivering communications and presentations to leadership on a regular basis. Strong and proven facilitation skills, leading a team from within and managing a team up to ideal effectiveness.Desired Characteristics
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-9
