Sr. Strategy Director, youll be a pivotal force in guiding teams and bringing key ideas to life. Your responsibilities will includeDeveloping conceptual frameworks for client strategies and serving as a key collaborator in developing effective relationship-marketing capabilitiesActing as point person for internal, cross-capability teams and as liaison with the clientDeveloping business within the context of existing client project work, defining recommended approach and scope, and managing execution of strategy-planning projectsContributing to strategic intellectual capital for clients, expanding formal methodologies for approaching major strategic issues and leveraging existing intellectual capital and conceptsAligning marketing productivity with broader business goals and objectives, serving as a partner to the account teamDeveloping and presenting new business proposals to existing and new clientsBuilding a team environment amongst account staff and other capabilities, and participating in hiring of new employees Were looking for A four-year college degree (statistics, economics, finance, or marketing focus preferred) and, ideally, a Masters degree5 to 9 years of proven leadership in marketing consulting, digital media, digital ad sales / network or interactiveStrong understanding of the digital environment and expertise in aligning marketing strategies with business needsIn-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and disciplines such as Social, CRM, Mobile, Display, Programmatic & Performance you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within itStrong client-relationship skills and experience managing multiple projects across internal teamsExceptional communication skills youre skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed strategies and recommendationsWillingness to travel as needed youre open to new places, new faces and new ideasGot the goods Wed love to hear from you.
