We are looking to attract a high-caliber individual responsible for establishing, evolving, and managing our Knowledge Management & LearningGroup for MetricStream globally.Reporting directly to the Global HR Head, you will create a consistent and viable L&D organization based onthe GRC domain and work in close cooperation with managers, leadersfrom other regions to build learning and knowledgeproducts and services of global reach.MetricStream aspires to become faster atimplementations and better customer communications, practice global approaches to training (e.g., across time zones, region specific). Make domain knowledge to be on par with product knowledgeand better solutions for client problems through enhanced understanding of their business.The role is to make learning a foundational for every employee at MetricStream globally and help in delivering high quality products and services to our customers and partners.Establish and refine Learning and Development (L&D) strategy for the organization.Establish a globallearning organization that becomes a benchmark in creating and delivering high impact learning solutions, and thereby significantly contributes to MetricStreams success by being instrumental in helping peopleand organizations.Contribute to globalprojects to create global learningportfolios that customers can use.Evolve L&D services relating to management development by identifying customer requirementsCreate curriculum,Monitor compliance, and create deeper technical training forR&D, CSIG, ProfessionalServices and Production Engineering. Create customer role and solution based training.Reach expert knowledge forthe GRC domain,Leverage andassociations RMA, GARP.Leverage partners, customers.Create approaches to capture GRC knowledge consistently -Day in the life user stories.Create a new revenue stream based on deep domainand technical training (beyond App and AppStudio trainingRequirementsUniversity degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organization Development or similarSeveral years of experience in leading international Learning & Development teams and remote leadershipExperience in designing and delivering state-of-the-art learning solutions in a consulting organization. Experience in the GRC domain will be a plus.Familiar with the latest solutions in learning technology and how to integrate them into anoverall learning architectureExperience in running a profit center, entrepreneurial mindset and passionate innovatorExcellent interaction and collaboration skills with a very high level of personal integrity, energy and personal leadershipExperience in advising management teams and organizations on L&D, ideally gained in both an international consultancy and an industrial companyProficiency in handling international projects and experience as a consultant/in-house consultantProven track record in performance consulting or systemic process managementAdvanced qualifications in systemic organizational consultingDo your credentials include a strong background in leading a global Learning organizationand the ability to identify genuine customer requirements by engaging in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders?
