The Member, will be part of a team responsible for maintaining, monitoring, developing, building, improving, and redesigning DNS and IPAM infrastructure based on the Infoblox Platform. Candidates must be capable of designing and architecting a robust and scalable DNS infrastructure in a secure and highly available manner. Planning for IPV6, DNSSEC, IPAM integration and other future requirements is essential. This position will involve daily interaction with customers and other IT personnelRole and responsibilities 5-7 years of practical, hands-on experience performing operational, implementation, or engineering functions for on premise and cloud-based DNS and DHCP environments, ideally in a large, complex enterprise IP network, with an enterprise grade DNS/DHCP/IPAM productsThe individual must demonstrate a broad understanding of internetworking technology principles that includes proficiency in UNIX, DNS/DHCP, and BIND protocolParticipate in technology integration efforts with other engineering and support teamsThe individual must be able to create network plans, ensure technology interoperability, document existing and proposed network infrastructure, maintain relationships with technical solution providers, and provide last tier troubleshooting/supportDrive incident and problem resolution as a Tier 3 escalation resource leveraging strengths of other associates as needed to identify actions which will lead to resolution of operational issues and problems.Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to document solutions, present ideas to cross-functional teams, and explain operational issue background/root cause to vendors and senior leadersParticipate in a 24/7 split on-call rotation providing technical support as and when requiredHelp Level1 Technicians [Service Desk agents] in effectively delivering service to Honeywell Business Units and employees following existing processes. Train Level 1 team on remote access solutions and maintain knowledgebase documents.Bachelor s Degree Minimum 5-7 years experience on DDI tools (Infoblox, IPcontrol, QIP as primarily and any other tools) Strong knowledge of IP addressing and sub netting. Advance to expert level of knowledge in DNS, BIND which includes different layers of DNS Topology, Hidden master concept, split DNS architecture, DNSSEC, Threat Protection and DHCP services Knowledgeable in the interaction with other network key components, such as proxies, firewalls, routers and switches OS platform knowledge like Windows, and Linux is required Knowledge on IPV6, Scripting and Database administration will be an added advantage MCP, RHCE, CCNA, CICA certifications will be an added advantage Ability to effectively investigate and resolve issues starting with limited information Requires personal accountability in order to accomplish goals Ability to work with little supervision and perform in the best interest of the company Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
