Job Details

- Service & Preventive maintenance of Critical Care Products.- To attend service calls by Customers. Monitors data base Creation, Updation, Software Upgradation & Inventory Management- Cables support for Field staff with Technical know how- To Initiate AMC & CMC contracts with Customers- Provide PM, Test Certificates & necessary documents towards hospital audit- Promptly report field failures and Customer product complaints per GSOP.- Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance team to ship RGAs in time- Maintain demo/loaner inventory, data mining (eg ROI, repairs, monthly trend, etc)- Provide Regular technical & application trainings to Customers and Internal sales team- Ensure all internal training's are documented as per SOP- Equipment Sales Forecast in coordination with sales team- Monitoring Technical support process and procedures.- Implement changes to optimize and improve the process.- Support tenders, quotation for sales team with technical expertise.- Service equipment, perform service center audit as per service center SOP.SAdditional Responsibilities-- Manage JDE- CSMS module for CC-Electronics ( Database administration)- Application Engineering support- volume view hemodynamic monitoring- Quality complaint handling- cc & vascular products
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
