Job Details

1) Architect Connect & Product Specification a) Get the products approved by Architects/PMC/Designers including government and other institutions. b) Organize Architects meets & ensure that they visit the Le Studio. c) Maintain active database of the architects and other institutions and ensure they are updated about new products and also Nitcos existing product range. 2) Product Visibility & Sampling a) Ensure proper sampling, launching of new products & display at Architect/Designers/Institutional Offices. b) Tracking the competitors activities at the architects office. c) Attending all building material and Interior exhibitions and promoting Nitco brand in specifier s designs. 3) Lead Management a) Generate list of projects where Nitco brand is specified and manage the lead upto sales closure with respective sales team/dealer. b) Achieve the target number of specification and lead closure in terms of number/value. c) Ensure visit to architect/designer/PMC/Institutions as per target list. d) Generate timely MIS on the business development done and give projected sales through the leads generated. e) Ensure cross selling and up selling of products. f) Develop a loyal base of Architects/Designers/PMCs/Institutions so that new leads are generated and Nitco brand is specified. 3) Other a) Give feedback on trends. b) Suggestions for Product Improvement feedback from the architects/institutions etc.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
