Job Details

? Manage End to End HR operational needs for the Organization, including branches &Spoc locations. ? Implementing HR process effectively in all areas including on boarding, data Management, payroll, compliance, query handling, letter issuance, benefits management & MIS ? Review and improve existing process basis organization requirement ? Handling joining formalities and coordinate onboarding process across the branches ? Manage HRIS system, ensure an error free employee data base with timely and accurate update of employee information ? Manage all employee records as per requirements ? Administrating monthly payroll, ensure statutory deductions & remittances ? Ensuring Statutory compliance of all the branches, handle inspections, renewals of registrations, return filing etc. Coordination with other internal departments such as, Admin, Audit, Finance etc. ? Manage audit requirements, front end audit & coordination with compliance team. ? Coordination with other internal departments such as, recruitment, SSC, Finance etc. ? Manage employee Exit/ Seperation process ? Vendor Management, timely processing of the invoices. ? Handling EW grievances and queries (for eg-PF and insurance related issues.) ? Provide MIS & data analysis as required by management & other stake holders Desired CandidatePreferred Profile 1) Graduate / Post Graduate with min 3 - 4 years? experience in HR operations, Post-Graduation in HR will be preferred 2) Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Data Management & Analytical Skills 3) Good interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of English and Hindi is mandatory 4) Effective employee and internal stakeholders management skills 5) Ability to work with peer groups Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines 6) Driven and confident enough to take initiatives solve problems and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment. 7) Strong understanding of PF/Statutory and Legal frameworks 8) Must have a sense of urgency when working on assigned tasks. 9) Comfortable with learning new systems and technologies. 10) Ability to work independently to figure things out and be comfortable to propose solution. 11) Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
