Maintaining CRM and sales processes.Develop market for TBSL Coated steel products in Southern India marketAchieve Sales, spread, premium targets for Coated Steel products in marketEffectively Co-ordinate with mill on day to day activities related to order booking and shipments w.r.t Sales dept.Introduce new customers in Southern India market every yearEnsure Zero Debtors, no overdues and nil bad debtsContribute to Coated Steel Sales and Marketing team with regular updates on Customers, Competitors and Inter/ Intra Material competition.Drive specification activities in South India marketEnsure excellent Customer relations and good rapport with competitorsTBEM preparednessAdhere to all deadlines, Budgets and contribute effectively to monthly reportsPeople Development - to increase the competency level of team membersConceptualising and implementing strategies based on market requirements and competitors activities, gaining business share and market credibility.Improve the service package to the customers in relation to business objectivesERP preferably SAP orientationPresentation MS Power Point skills QualificationMust Engineering Graduate Metallurgy / Mechanical/ ProductionWorking Knowledge of MS OfficeDesirable Engineering graduate preferably with MBA in MarketingWork Experience 4-7 years of Sales experience in a Steel company in selling Coated Steel / Painted Steel products for Industrial applicationsDemonstrated understanding and application of Sales and Market Development Processes.Key Result AreasAchieving budgeted value (volume and premium) above competitorsNew Customers acquisition.
