EducationMin. Bachelors Degree from a reputed institute with good academics, MBA (Business Operations) preferred.ExperienceMinimum 2-5 years of experience in on field B2B Sales in logistics/transportation domainWillingness to work in different parts of the city, Excellent command over spoken Hindi, Kannada (Bangalore role only), Tamil (Chennai role only), Telugu (Hyderabad role only)Compensation Competitive and commensurate with caliber and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired ProfileGenerate revenue from the businesses and commercial establishments in assigned sales territory/area.Interact with prospective customers, get insights about their businesses to identify sales opportunitiesCommunicate /educate/persuade customers on the benefits of our offering/serviceEnsure Follow up on enquiries should be done through mailer, E-mail and Telephone on a regular basis for conversion.Responsible for Client Relationship Management for generating business, product promotion etc.Develop the new business opportunities, planning, organization business mission, marketing audit, market research and analysis, customer segmentation customer activities in assigned territoryProviding periodic reports to management of achievements w.r.t. projections.Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal & corporate goalsMeet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.Conduct and report minimum number of salesleads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.Maintain records of customer details / salesvisits in the Orient. Identify potential customers and register opportunities in Orient; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/monthlysales meetings.Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts.
