1.To handle End-to-End Recruitment of Junior Management & Middle management level, Campus recruitment2. Handling New Joinees On-Boarding, Induction & Orientation.3. To handle Employees Life Cycle Management like Freshers Training Completion, Confirmations, Transfers etc.4. Responsible for scrutiny of Employees Travel Settlements.5. Handling Attendance and Leave Management of all employees across all locations.6. Responsible for Employee Engagement activities, New Initiatives, Events management.7. Handling Payroll Processing, Income Tax Computation and monthly statutory remittances.8. Data Analysis, Policy formulation and Rules reviews.9. Handling and Administering Performance Management System across the organization.10. Responsible for Employees Group Mediclaim & Personal Accident policy Coverage, Renewal and Claims processing and administration.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
