Designated role calls for individuals with a sound experience of atleast 3-4 years in the contact center business, actively engaging people in roles such as customer services, technical support Level 1 and Level 2, inbound sales, order to cash etc. The candidate is expected to have excellent relationship building skills, presentation skills and sound experience in the aforesaid domain. The candidate will be required to interact with service heads and senior professionals in this role. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR , this candidate is expected to be a self-starter and will be operating on his own in a given region with a clear focus in meeting both top line and bottomline targets. Key Responsibilities Maintaining personnel records and files and associated human resource information systems and ensure timely and accurate generation of HR MIS. Timely generation of all letters i.e appointment, increment, disciplinary etc.Facilitate the HR audit, ensure full compliance to statutory HR norms and closure of issues identifiedOperational HR activities including Attendance, Payroll, Confirmations, Leaves, Off-Boarding, Statutory Compliance etc.Conducting induction of new employees and providing information on conditions of service, salaries. Providing advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary mattersUndertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievancesDraft and implement identified HR and admin initiatives and processes to enhance employee productivity, satisfaction and ensure manpower related cost reduction including performance management system.Focus on employee engagement to promote employee retention and reduce attrition. Deliver insights to business/management on reasons for attrition and suggest counter-measuresContribute to increasing employee satisfaction quotient.End to end execution of HR policies, processes and SLAsInsurance management including Group Med claim, Personal Accident, etcEnsure compliance with local labor laws , Promote the Arvato brand, culture and values Experience & Education Qualification RequiredThe candidate is expected to have atleast 3-4 years of relevant work experience with a span of control of at least 100.A post graduate degree in business management is preferred Key SkillsGeneration of various HR reports starting from joining to exit of an employee.Imparting HR Induction for new hires.Knowledge of all employee joining and exit formalities.Candidate should have good communication skills. The candidate must be from BPO background and must be comfortable to work in 24/7 environment and should have worked in supporting a voice process .
