Responsibilities Work as a part of the People Operations team to carry out HR Operations activities To ensure seamless HR operations with ultimate aim of creating a wow factor for all internal customers during their every interaction with HR Leverage technology to simplify the workflows and with focus on automation Take ownership of HR data and analyse the same to derive meaningful insights which will drive decision-making Generate all kind of reports required by various stakeholders and send them as per timelines Ensure all documentation is done / issued as per timeline & on ad hoc basis & also ensure that proper file management system is maintained Execute transition changes, transfers and other letters required by employees Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements to HR process, HR Data Integrity and Knowledge Management Implementation of HR Policies / Processes which is aligned to meet the Business/Function objectives Be a driving force in implementing HRMS software for the organisation Assess, develop, implement and evaluate ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes Support the team in implementing function HR plans and programs (performance management) Manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the Ops coverage team Support the year-end process (Performance Evaluation, Compensation, Promotion) Participate in special projects as required Perform related duties as assignedRole Requirements Post graduate in Human Resources function 3-6 years of work experience in HR Operations/generalist function Computer Literacy Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) is preferred and ability to analyse trends from data The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organizationExperience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and presentationsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
