Core Responsibilities (those responsibilities essential for success in the job) Analysis, solution definition, technical and/or process recommendations in support of Benefits Technology Solutions Develop project functional requirements by meeting with users and other I/S personnel Finalize project and system documentation Feasibility analysis, task coordination, and contribution of functional expertise. Modify or develop new queries utilizing development experience with Oracle Databases Coordinate, manage and conduct end to end testing of all technology and process implementations/changes Identify and correct problems in complex test and production environments Manage time and work effectively on multiple high priority tasks and projects Provide functional support and expertise to the team and the business Develop and maintain relationships with applicable Benefits technology vendors.Additional Responsibilities (those responsibilities essential for success in the job) Project Lead, managing work of small to medium projects of low to medium complexity. Applies Honeywell HR and IT process and project methodology (HRDP process and six-sigma tools) to plan and execute projects. Ensure that the Honeywell HRDP methodology, tools, and templates are utilized and that all documentation required for each phase/phase gate is completed on time. Develop and communicate project plans, schedules, costs and metrics Provide a weekly status report throughout the period of performance that outlines the progress on key tasks and milestones, and open issues. Assesses variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, cost and quality objectives Take action on potential risks and issues and provides proposals for solutions and escalation if required Develop communications and presentations to keep stakeholders and the steering committee informed on the project status Facilitate any required work stream/design sessions to document Honeywell business requirements and configuration options.Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in related field and/or specialized training or equivalent work experience 5 or more years experience working with PeopleSoft HRMS (9.1/9.2) At least 2 years experience as a PeopleSoft functional analyst/business analyst 2 or more years experience with Benefits technology and processes Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle SQL Plus 2+ years of project leadership (preferred) In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration Strong PeopleSoft Query & Microsoft Office skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of ERP, HR Systems, and business concepts Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management or client; demonstrating the sense of urgency required Experienced in HR Process mapping and business process design. Experience in managing and leveraging technology vendor relationships Ability to work effectively with partners and customers internal/external, co-source / outsource agents. Experience in working with technical team/developers in translating functional requirements into best practice business solutions.Additional Qualifications Knowledge of PeopleSoft Global Payroll Strong relationship and project management skills Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs and translate into actionable proposals Proven Background in application development, deployment, maintenance, and support technology, with experience in key roles including programmer, integration development and support, analyst, and project leader Analytical approach to work with attention to detail

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)
