Job DescriptionManaging the All- India sales operation with a team of DMs /RMs and ABEs.Responsible for the top-line & bottom-line achievements of the critical care division.Responsible for setting & achieving a growth-oriented sales target for the division, in line with the organizational objectives.Commitment to sell the right product mix to ensure profitability.Developing qtrly rolling sales forecasts based on the sales plan.Conducting monthly sales review meetings and implementing timely action plans for corrective measures.Ensuring effective implementation of the marketing strategies by the sales team to achieve the desired results in brand building.Being resourceful in market intelligence to the marketing team for product portfolio enhancement and formulating competitor-specific strategiesBuilding a stable, disciplined and result-oriented sales team at all levels, with successful leadership.Constantly monitoring & improving the work quality of the team with respect to adherence to field management systems and policies.Guiding the DM/RM to formulate state-specific action plan to achieve the targeted PCPM (Per Capita Per Month) and continuous improvement of productivity.Devising specific action plans for weak region management.Ensuring KOL coverage & management at all levels of the hierarchy.Strict tracking and control of key account-wise return on investments (ROI) from CRM activities.Driving business development initiatives to expand business through new hospital entries.Maintaining an ideal primary vs secondary sales ratio.Inventory management and control on outstanding / collections as per organizational norms.Optimal utilization of the available organizational resources for revenue generation and growth.Addressing HR requirements / issues promptly in coordination with the superiors & HR team to keep the team high in morale & commitment to the organization.
Degree: M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science)

Additional Degree: B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 15-20
