Provide end to end PeopleSoft data administration support to HRGs/Manager by doing it right and doing it fast Handle all complex issues/escalations from customers/key stake holders effectively Create a positive customer experience in every interaction. Deliver training on PeopleSoft, Manager Self Service, Smart forms to HRGs/Managers wherever applicable Coordinate with the HRIT to resolve the technical issues. Address re-opened SRs on-priority Provide updates on performance, inventory, and process updates during Tier Accountability Meetings (TAM) Contribute to Kaizen culture by identifying opportunities to improve and facilitating Kaizen Events. Responsible for creating and maintaining Standardized Work and support in keeping the documentation up-to-date. Responsible to create and maintain Skill Matrix and Cross Training Plans for the team Facilitate training programs as per need - new hire and cross training Proactively identify staffing requirements and ensure adequate staffing Complete metric analysis on a day-to-day basis Facilitate experiential learning on Honeywell Operating System (HOS) elements and its application in work area Facilitate effective queue management Responsible for conducting audits to monitor performance and provide feedback to team members Manage escalations and drive timely closure of RCAs Conduct quarterly knowledge assessments and refreshers based on the team's developmental needs. Attend conference calls with PeopleSoft Analysts/Key stake holders, as per requirement Make outbound calls, as appropriate, to resolve issues and inquiries. Actively participate in designing of process in new transitions. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as applicable Meets commitments to customers/clients Develops effective working relationships with customers Takes responsibility to correct customer problems and concerns Regularly searches for opportunities to provide better solutions for clients Shows commitment to team objectives Develops effective working relationships with a variety of people Puts a high priority on attaining results Develops realistic plans and timetables for own work Takes cultural and geographic differences into account when conducting own work Clearly expresses ideas and concepts Willingness to work in shifts Sets high personal standards of performance Focuses on the most important priorities Candidly provides constructive feedback when appropriate Provides guidance to help others learn and develop required skills Willingly shares expertise and experience with others Acts as a role model for effective behavior Suggests opportunities to improve processes, and/or services Generates new ideas and solutions
