Develop and use of people metrics to ensure clear understanding within HR and the business about trends and themes in aligned country /siteBe the Labor Law / Relation expert in aligned country Ensure company compliance to local employment laws and legislationTrain and develop others about country requirements both within HR and the business Represent Veritas to 3rd Parties, in partnership with other functions e.g. in Labor courtManage investigations, disciplinary, grievances and appeals Handling complex / sensitive employee welfare issuesManage complex leave in country as appropriate Partner with legal department to manage complex legal casesProvide guidance to service teams around legal framework for performance management specific to country Provide support to performance improvement plan (PIP) process to both the business and HR services teamSupport the implementation of any Mergers / Acquisitions (M and A). Including offers, liaison and onboarding (HR or TA?) Manage any restructure / workforce reduction initiatives. Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders in line with specific country requirements.Responsibility Country/Site Communication TaskDevelop communities of leaders, within sites and countries Drive Cross functional collaboration at a site level to ensure an integrated business focused approachCommunicate effectively with Centre s of Excellence (COEs) Share HR insights from specific countries with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and COE sPoint of Contact for business continuity in site / country Identify and drive HR process improvements in conjunctions with HRBPs and COE that will enhance the employee experienceResponsibilityTalent /Workforce and Workplace PlanningTask Input and contribute to the workforce and workplace planning for aligned country and sitePartnering with Talent Acquisition to gain understanding and visibility into recruitment in aligned site / countries. Contribute key workforce and workplace insights. Conduct exit interviews for senior managers and above who leave voluntarilyResponsibility Coaching and support to senior managers and directorsTaskSupport LED to upskill and coach leaders Provide feedback to encourage global mindset and role modeling of the right behaviors to underpin the creation of a winning cultureProactive education to the business and HR teams Site executive support around key HR issuesOrganizing and coordinating coaching opportunities
