Job Details

Execute strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with the corporate HR to hire senior, middle, and lower positions. Dealing with the relevant government department/ agencies with regards to all matters relating to recruitment and yearly renewals. Responsible for the preparation, development and implementation of various policies, procedures and programs according to company mission and vision. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. Perform compensation and benefits survey on an annual basis in cooperation. Administer and coordinate the annual evaluation system of the employee performance. Responsible for the administration of annual salary review process and bonus based on the annual employee performance appraisal. Responsible in preparing the monthly payroll report, advance salary, loans, deductions, allowances, and full and final settlement in timely manner. Responsible in leave, attendance and business trip management as per policies and procedures. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities such as handover of handbook, company introduction, code of conduct, internal policies and procedures and communications. Preparation of employment related documents such as staff employment contracts, confirmation letter, extension of contract, promotions, transfer, etc. Implement communications plans, write circulars and letters and distribute them. Providing advise and counselling to staff on all disciplinary related issues including handling grievances and carrying-out disciplinary actions according to company policy  and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. Plan and Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities. Process employee request for outside training while complying with policies and procedures. Conduct Exit Interview, review and recommendation. Prepare report related to human resource as per request. Maintain employee database of employees. Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.


Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience as Sr. HR Executive or equivalent. Knowledge in Labor law, payroll and compensation & benefits management. Skills in Team work and HR Development, flexible, enthusiastic, pro-active, result oriented and organize. Knowledgeable with basic research methods and reporting techniques. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office program and other relevant office software or system. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities and Fluent in English both in oral and written. Must be professional with great time-management, multi-task, and can handle confidential files and documents. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with people.  Can establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.
