SummaryResponsible for providing leadership and establishing and implementing human resources strategy to go along with overall business plans andobjectives. ______________________________________________________________________________Job Profile 1. To cater to the requirements of managing the Human Resource in theGroup within the framework of the values, policies, rules & regulations of the Company.2. To conceptualize, formulate, implement HR Policies. 3. To create an optimum balance of harmony between the management &staff. 4. To strive and achieve a state of good employee morale.5. To practice transparency in implementation of HR Policies. 6. To demonstrate genuine care of the manpower compliment.7. To lend support in maintaining a good standard of discipline in the factory. 8. To ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various LabourLaws as applicable to the factory.9. To monitor and facilitate compliance of all applicable statutory obligations under various other laws10. To look after general administration. 11. To keep the management informed about all relevant events and provideinformation through regular MIS. 12. To be an active and effective interface between the employees and themanagement on all employee related issues. 13. To advise the management on the best HR practices within theframework of the companies beliefs, values and objectives.14. To play a supporting role in facilitating smooth functioning of the administrative machinery
