Developing a strategic roadmap and country level development plan for Quarterly, annually and 3 years. Build and lead a team focused on defining and scaling the seller support organization. Build business cases, lead initiatives, and maintain business results. Hire, develop and inspire a high impact team of leaders through a culture of empowerment, speed and customer obsession Influence and evangelize with senior leadership in our Retail, Marketplace and Operations organizations Built and lead Seller experience improvement culture across Seller Business and Amazon Build strategy and mechanism, and lead to build operations across global Amazon to support sellers selling globally Define and execute the communication, reporting and feedback mechanisms for thousands of large and millions of smaller sellers Determine IN Seller Support seller experience improvement strategies; work to reduce seller contacts and cost per contact Deliver excellent service by providing accurate capacity planning and hiring Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels facilitating dynamic collaboration with the business, product and technical teams to define and deliver solutions. Facilitating Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly business reviews with Global and local Sr. Leadership team. Understand customer, seller, associate needs and create strategy to meet their needs in a rapidly changing environment Remaining flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer success firmly as the focus. Basic QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years business experience in project / program management 5+ years leading projects with global impact. Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred Excellent Verbal/written communication in both Japanese and English, including an ability to effectively communicate with business teams and senior executives. Demonstrated ability of working in complex cross cultural environments to drive business process change. Track record of delivering programmatic goals and managing complex projects / programs. Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from planning to completion. Demonstrated ability of working in complex cross cultural environments to drive business process change.Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications- MBA- Experience managing consumer-facing products in e-commerce.- Experience with web content management.- Experience with machine learning and support automation tools.- Experience with a variety of mobile products and services, especially related to customer service
