Forecasting & Inventory Management Review weekly/monthly/annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals Conduct product-wise planning and stock forecasting wrt customer in advance (8 weeks) so that right product is available at right time Taking measures to control inventory and ageing of products Strategic Product performance review and failure study To actively support the creation of sales strategy, budgets & schemes for effecting increase in market share and sales turnover Keeping track of partner wise Sell-In as per defined MBOs Ensuring proper and correct communication of schemes to the partners and achieving sales target as defined in the MBOs Process & Innovation Improve sales efficiency & effectiveness by creating, recommending & implementing processes that improve customer & business orientation (Customer Response Time, Stock levels, demand predictability, frontline supply chain efficiency) Responsible for demand forecasting and indenting stocks based on market needs ensuring optimum availability of products across all SKUs in co-ordination with SCM Aligning partners on regular basis on planogram and other directions as per the organization goal Market Intelligence Competition tracking, market share analysis, and loss of opportunity & action plan Conduct various marketing initiatives in assigned territory; maintaining network with the clients and stores Account Management Smooth functioning - timely settlement of schemes, claims, collections
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
