Drive innovative digital marketing strategy development in accordance with established client guidelines.Establish best practices, protocols and processes related to digital marketing assets; drive highly effective digital marketing programs.Act as key resource for defining and evaluating key digital marketing performance measurements and indicators; continually monitor and produce performance statistics tied to digital marketing programs; make recommendations for performance improvement.Manage and implement the daytoday activities for the digital strategy team.Provide thought leadership by authoring presentations, guidelines, best practices and case studies.Collaborate with business development managers and account managers to produce compelling, measurable digital marketing solutions that tie into our companys and client s business objectives.Act as industry thought leader and expert regarding a variety of digital marketing topics including Web, Social and Mobile solutions.Research and provide recommendations related to new technology, digital marketing opportunities and distribution opportunities that ensure that the company will retain a competitive advantage.Attend events, meetings and industry forums when appropriate. (Travel may be required)Potentially project manage a digital solution campaign and client from end to endManage Brandmovers social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and blog.Write press releases and submit them to leading PR engines and media.Skills and ExperiencePossess an intense passion for digital engagement marketing in generalA positive and ethical behaviorBe an advisor/mentor by providing leadership, solutions, set team expectations, and analyze results.Effective in joint meetings, client presentations and brainstorming sessions. Can come up with compelling relevant ideas and gain support for them amongst the group as a whole.Responsible for obtaining appropriate market, industry and out of industry research for interactive marketing strategies and tactics.Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business, IT, Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, a related field, or the equivalent education/experience.At least 5 years of professional digital marketing experience with 2-3 years of experience in creating/implementing social media technical strategy and solutions, both B2B and B2C digital marketing experience is preferred.At least 2 years of technical consulting, including tools and techniques, business processes and methodology.At least 3 years of leading or managing others in a formal or informal reporting structure
