Identify, plan & execute projects in shared services to minimize redundancy, reduce complexity & contribute significant cost savings while improving customer service to customers. This will be completed through process redesign & harmonization, deployment of technologies, business partnering (internal/external) & effective mgmt & organization of labor resourcesManage overall HR Shared Services function to support Global HR teams. Responsibilities include benefits, Cost center management, training, processing, data entry and other shared services taskDevelops continuous strategic process improvements to maintain the quality, efficiency & overall effectivenessRepresent shared services in all systems testing and planningCollaboratively work w/ cross functional leadership teams on strategic department & corporate initiativesCreate and utilize metrics to drive performance, identify trends & develop/implement process improvements, escalating issues & proposed solutionsProvide input into strategic planning sessions & participate in decision-making w/ focus on practicality & implementationTypically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include VP, HRJob is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management). HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Benefits SpecialistRequirements Bachelors degree required; degree in HR or related business preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Experience in a managerial or supervisory position is required, HR segments of benefits, training, compensation or business partner preferredExperience managing third party vendors, preferably in a shared services environmentExperience in developing/improving processes to maximize efficiency and deliver quality services is required Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.Proficient understanding of HR processes, practices and regulations are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with employees / internal customers, peers, and vendors are requiredA sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines is requiredAbility to influence others, identify problems, and recommend a course of action is requiredAbility to process complex information and quickly identify innovative solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements is requiredComfortable in handling ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach is requiredProficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
