Works closely with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology indelivering the business units goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.).Gathers, understands and documents business needs and requirements on projectsincluding conceptual design, business and quality requirementsTranslates requirements to functional specifications and system design specifications. Develops use cases and other technical documents to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.Perform tool and vendor evaluation to identify the right solution for meeting the user requirementEnsures selected solution is implemented to meet end user requirements/business objectives. Maintain all documentation related to Requirements, Solution design/architecture and implementation details2. Project Management and Vendor ManagementManage project end-to-end from planning to closure using project management best practices and templatesIdentify, track, manage and mitigate project risks/issuesEnsure quality and accuracy of approach and track projects so that they are delivered on time and in budgetManage vendor activities and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to supervise project deliveryProvide regular updates/MIS reports to assigned Program Leadership team and clients on the status of multiple projectsActively monitor client satisfaction and plan and act on customer feedback activities3. Change ManagementDevelop communication and change management plans as they relate to project deployment. Identifies of training and development requirements of the target users as related to the project. Works with Business Leader and other personnel to design and implement training initiatives to support the deploymentAct as change agent to instill continuous improvement culture.Build knowledge repository of KPIs , trends and best business practicesKEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLEBusiness analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal, consultative and management skills required in order to manage critical internal and external relationships and activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in understanding and managing requirementsGood understanding of application architecture or system analysisAbility to understand and evaluate software solutionsKnowledge of project management best practices and strong project management skills planning, organizing, risk identification and mitigation, delivery quality and timeline
