EducationMin. Bachelors Degree from a premier institute (Tier1) with first class, MBA (Business Operations) preferred.ExperienceMinimum 5-8 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast paced, dynamic business environment, preferable in sales, procurement, supply chain in logistics/transportation domainStrong sales experience preferred in counter-to-counter selling to diverse business/industries/whole sellers/ traders/retailers/SME sExcellent knowledge of the city, Willingness to work and travel in different parts of the cityExcellent command over spoken Hindi, Kannada (Bangalore role only), Tamil (Chennai role only), Telugu (Hyderabad role only)Compensation Competitive and commensurate with caliber and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired ProfileAchieve targeted revenue in the assigned territoryAchieve targeted Gross profit for services renderedAcquire targeted no. of new customers Maintain and develop the revenue per customer on existing services along with capturing opportunities on introducing other servicesHiring, coaching and mentoring a team of 5-10 Sales AssociatesAllocating targets, leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their workMaintaining Area Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the City HeadResponsible for New Business & organic growth within retained accounts.Regular liaison with assigned accounts as well as constant pulse on the new customersProvide periodic reporting onsales Evaluation of client feedback and taking corrective steps while taking preventive measures that the errors are not repeated.Responsible for Brand awareness & business development.Reporting to the GeneralManager for the day to day administration and functioning of the branch.100% Customer retention through relationship building & Account Management.To ensure 90% Client revert back with feedback on their satisfaction level.Identify talent within the team for next level and identification of training needs for next level skills development
